Welcome to the Basha Bear Network Terms of Use agreement. The Basha Bear Network (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our") is the student-run broadcast and media program of Basha High School in Chandler, Arizona. For purposes of this agreement, "Site" refers to the Company's website, which can be accessed at bashabearnetwork.com. "You" refers to you, as a visitor to our Site.
Please review the following terms carefully. By accessing or using the Site, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you may not access or use the Site.
The Company respects the privacy of visitors to the Site. Please refer to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information. When you access or use the Site, you signify your agreement to the Privacy Policy as well as these Terms of Use.
The Site is an informational website that showcases the work of the Basha Bear Network, including news episodes, live and recorded sports broadcasts, podcasts, competition pieces, information about our team and program, and ways to support or sponsor the program. The Site is provided for general informational and viewing purposes. It does not offer user accounts, registration, logins, or the ability for visitors to post or upload content.

The content on the Site — including our news episodes, sports broadcasts, podcasts, videos, graphics, logos, photographs, and written material — is created by Basha Bear Network students and is the property of the Basha Bear Network, Basha High School, and its respective creators, except where otherwise noted. All such content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission. Other product and company names mentioned on the Site, including those of our sponsors and partners, may be trademarks of their respective owners. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms of Use.
If you believe any content on the Site infringes your copyright or other rights, please contact us using the information at the end of these Terms, and we will review and address your concern promptly.
The Site includes links to, and embedded content from, third-party websites and services, such as YouTube videos, our social media pages, and the Chandler Unified School District donation portals. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy and data practices. Inclusion of a link or embedded content does not imply our endorsement.
