The Basha Bear Network (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our") is the student-run broadcast and media program of Basha High School in Chandler, Arizona. We are committed to maintaining robust privacy protections for visitors to our website. This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") is designed to help you understand how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you visit our Site, and to assist you in making informed decisions when using it.

By accessing our Site, you accept this Privacy Policy and consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of information as described here. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Site.
We collect "Non-Personal Information" and, in limited cases, "Personal Information." Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic and location information (such as city or region), referring and exit pages and URLs, browser and device type, and the number of pages viewed. Personal Information includes information that can identify you, such as your name and email address. Our Site does not require you to submit any Personal Information. We do not have user accounts, registration, logins, or contact forms. The only Personal Information we receive is what you voluntarily choose to send us — for example, if you email us using one of the "Contact Us" links, which open your own email application.

When you first visit, a notice at the bottom of the Site lets you Accept or Decline analytics cookies. The Basha Bear Network is a high school program, and we are aware that students and younger visitors view this Site. We do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Information from anyone under the age of 13. The Site has no forms, accounts, or sign-ups through which a visitor of any age could submit Personal Information to us. The anonymous analytics described above are not used to identify or target any individual, including minors. In the event that we learn we have gathered Personal Information from a child under the age of 13 without the consent of a parent or guardian (for example, through an email sent to us), we will delete that information as soon as possible. Our "Team" page displays the names, program roles, and photographs of Basha Bear Network student members as part of the school program. This information is published in connection with the program and consistent with applicable school and district permissions. If you are a Basha Bear Network member, or a parent or guardian of a member, and you would like a name or photograph removed, please contact us using the information in Section VII and we will remove it promptly.
Personal Information:
We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share for marketing purposes any Personal Information. Because we do not operate accounts or collect Personal Information through the Site, the only Personal Information we hold is what you voluntarily send us by email. We use that information solely to respond to and communicate with you — for example, to answer a question, respond to a sponsorship or donation inquiry, or follow up on feedback.
We may disclose information if we have a good-faith belief that doing so is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud or security issues; or to protect the rights or property of the Company, our members, or the public, as required or permitted by law.
Non-Personal Information:
We use Non-Personal Information to help us improve the Site and understand how it is used. We aggregate this information to track trends and analyze usage patterns. We do not sell Non-Personal Information to advertisers.
Parts of the Site load content from, or link to, services operated by other companies. When you interact with those services, their privacy policies apply — not ours. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, and we encourage you to read their privacy statements.
The Site is a static website served over a secure (HTTPS) connection and delivered through Cloudflare, which provides content delivery and security protection. Because we do not operate user accounts or store Personal Information in a database, there is no visitor account or password for us to protect, and no visitor database that could be breached. The third-party services we rely on, such as Cloudflare, Google, and YouTube, maintain their own security measures. While we take reasonable steps to keep the Site secure, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Because we do not send marketing emails or maintain accounts, there is no subscription to manage or unsubscribe from. You can control the information collected by analytics and embedded content at any time by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser, using your browser's "do not track" or private-browsing features, or installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on described in Section I.
